The combined air flotation machine is a self-developed dissolved air system that combines the advantages of numerous dissolved air flotation equipment at home and abroad. It is mainly used for the separation and removal of fine suspended particles with a specific gravity close to 1.0 in water. Air flotation (DAF) is a water purification method that involves introducing a large number of fine bubbles into water, causing them to adhere to impurity particles and create a state of overall density ρ<1. By buoyancy, these bubbles rise to the surface of the water, resulting in solid-liquid separation.

Combination air flotation machine is the process of generating air flotation from air. The aerator directly injects "microbubbles" into the sewage without the need for prior air dissolution, and then evenly distributes the "microbubbles" in the sewage through precision cast stainless steel diffuser impellers, so there will be no blockage. Untreated sewage first enters the aeration and inflation section, and is fully mixed with the "microbubbles". During the rising process, the "microbubbles" bring solid suspended solids to the water surface. The scraper moves along the liquid surface, scraping the suspended solids onto the inclined metal plate, and then pushing them into the sludge discharge pipeline. The purified sewage will pass through the overflow groove under the inclined plate before discharge, and the overflow groove is used to control the water level of the air flotation tank to ensure that the liquid in the tank does not flow into the sludge discharge pipeline.

Explanation of the working principle of the combined air flotation machine:

The pollutants in sewage are divided into dissolved organic matter and insoluble substances (i.e. SS). Dissolved organic matter can be converted into non soluble substances under certain conditions. One of the methods of sewage treatment is to add coagulants and flocculants to convert most of the dissolved organic matter into non soluble substances, and then remove all or most of the non soluble substances (i.e. SS) to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage. The main method of removing SS is to use air flotation.

After the chemical addition reaction, the sewage enters the mixing zone of air flotation and comes into contact with the released dissolved air water, causing the flocs to adhere to fine bubbles before entering the air flotation zone. Under the action of buoyancy, flocs float towards the water surface to form floating scum. The clear water in the lower layer flows through the collector to the clear water tank, and a part of it is refluxed for use as dissolved air. The remaining clear water flows out through the overflow port. After the floating slag on the surface of the air flotation tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the air flotation machine by a scraper and discharged.

Product characteristics of combined air flotation machine:

1. A specially designed high-efficiency vortex gas tank dissolves air in water and releases it under reduced pressure, producing fine bubbles in the water with a particle size of about 20-40 μ m, which are more conducive to adhering to flocs.
